Lynn McCreary practices in the areas of civil litigation, labor and employment and white collar criminal defense.  Her practice includes representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes and investigations, as well as representing employers in complex individual and class action commercial, employment and civil rights disputes in federal and state courts, before arbitration panels and administrative boards.  She has represented retailers in defense of discrimination claims; has represented insurers in defense of bad faith claims; and manufacturers alleged to have breached distributorship and franchise statutes.  Ms. McCreary has represented clients in civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, New York, Oklahoma, California and Washington and has tried cases in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska state and federal courts.  Ms. McCreary was previously vice president of Metmor Financial, Inc., Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s mortgage subsidiary.  She formerly served on the board of the Rose Brooks Center, and on the Overland Park, Kansas Community Block Grant Advisory Committee.  She is active in community events and activities in Kansas, Missouri and California.
